Step 4: The Decluttering of the Mind
Now that you've cleared out your closet, your garage, and your pantry, it's time to tackle the clutter in your mind. This is the hardest part, because let's face it, your brain is a hoarder.
But don't worry, I've got a plan. Start by getting yourself a nice cup of coffee, because you're going to need it. Then, take a deep breath, and begin to sort through your thoughts. Make a list, any list, it doesn't matter what's on it. Just start writing down everything that's been bothering you, every worry, every fear, every "I should have done that".
Once you've got your list, start crossing things off. Not because they're not important, but because they're not worth your time. Be ruthless, be kind, and remember: a cluttered mind is a sign of a prophet in distress.
