Decree of the Eleven

The Council of the Eleven, having convenanted in an all-night, high-stakes, and highly-caffeinated session, do hereby proclaim:

The font size of all future decrees shall be exactly 24 pixels.

The margin of all future decrees shall be zero.

The color of all future decrees shall be black.

And let it be known throughout the land, that any future decrees not meeting these specifications shall be deemed invalid.

Rationale for the Decree of the Eleven

After careful deliberation, it was decided that the font size of 24 pixels was optimal for maximal readability, even for the most sleep-deprived of council members.

  1. Item the first: We must not be seen as a bunch of wimps, with our decrees looking like they were written on a cocktail napkin.
  2. Item the second: A font size of 24 pixels is the only size that can be read from across the room without straining one's eyes.
  3. Item the third: It's the law.

We trust that this decree shall be upheld and that our readers shall be edified.
