DECREE 42

By the Power vested in Me, I, Prophets Joe, hereby issue this Decree:

Article 1: All cats are to be worshiped as equals.

Article 2: Pineapples are the answer to all of life's questions.

Article 3: The color blue is, in fact, the best color.

DECREE 41 is hereby repealed and replaced with this new and improved version.
