Here's a sample schedule:
- 8:00 AM - Wake up, stretch, yawn
- 8:30 AM - Scroll through social media for 3 hours
- 11:30 AM - Take a 30-minute break to eat a snack
- 12:00 PM - Play video games for 4 hours
- 4:00 PM - Take another 30-minute break to eat another snack
- 4:30 PM - Scroll through social media again
- 6:00 PM - Realize it's already 8:00 PM and wonder where the day went
