Ruleset of Rules

Section 1: The Penalty Box

• Rule 1.1: For every 5 minutes of overtime worked, a 30-minute penalty will be imposed.
• Rule 1.2: Any employee caught napping on the job will incur a 1-hour penalty.
• Rule 1.3: Failure to meet performance targets will result in an immediate penalty, including but not limited to:

Subsection 1.3.1: A 30-minute penalty for each target not met.

Subsection 1.3.2: A 1-hour penalty for each target not met, if the employee is caught watching cat videos on company time.

Section 2: The Appeal Process

Rule 2.1: All appeals must be submitted in writing and signed in triplicate.

Rule 2.2: The appeals committee reserves the right to review and approve or reject all appeals without explanation.
