Brutalist Bratwurst Recipe

Ingredients:

• 500g Bratwurst (obligatory)
• 1 cup Sauerkraut (for that authentic German feel)
• 2 tbsp Caraway seeds (the spice of life)
• 1 tbsp Brown sugar (because everything's better sweet)

Instructions:

1. Slice the Bratwurst into 1-inch thick rounds (no smaller, you're not a sissy)
2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat (don't bother with that 'low and slow' nonsense)
3. Add Bratwurst and brown on all sides until crispy (you know what's coming)
4. Add Sauerkraut, Caraway seeds, and Brown sugar; stir until combined (now it's a party)
5. Serve with a side of sass and a dollop of attitude (optional, but highly recommended)
