Rule 1: Don't be a goon
Section A: General Principle
A goon is any individual or entity that consistently exhibits poor sportsmanship, poor behavior, and poor attitudes towards the Referee Union.
Section B: Specific Prohibitions
- No using your powers to cheat, intimidate, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
- No making unsavory comments or gestures towards fellow players, Refs, or other officials.
Rule 2: Keep the peace (or at least, keep the peace sign)
Section A: General Principle
A peaceful resolution to all disputes and conflicts is paramount.
Section B: Specific Prohibitions
- No starting a fight, unless absolutely unavoidable (in which case, call a break).
- No using the peace sign as a shield to hide behind while you're actually being a goon (see Rule 1).
