Section 1: Time is Money

You are hereby required to wear a wristwatch made entirely out of solid gold, encrusted with precious gems, and shaped like a miniature time-traveling DeLorean.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Confiscation of all snacks
• Revocation of all privileges
• Forced viewing of an endless loop of cat videos
