New Rules to Keep Your Business from Getting Too Big for Its Own Good

Update 1: Mandatory Pajama Fridays

Due to employee well-being concerns, all companies are now required to have a minimum of one Pajama Friday per quarter. On these days, all employees are expected to wear their favorite PJs to work. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to, forced participation in mandatory trust-building activities.

Update 2: Increased Coffee-to-Worker Ratio

Due to employee focus concerns, all companies are now required to maintain a minimum 3:1 coffee-to-employee ratio. Any company failing to meet this ratio will face steep penalties, including but not limited to, forced listening to HR's favorite podcast.
