MANDATE 2.0: Article 1

All citizens are hereby mandated to watch an endless loop of cat videos for a minimum of 4 hours a day.

By the power vested in me, I hereby declare that this mandate shall be enforced with an iron fist.

Failure to comply will result in severe consequences, including but not limited to:

Forfeiture of all snack privileges
Reassignment to a remote work-from-home situation with only a desk chair and a window
Forced viewing of elevator music playlists for 8 hours straight
