Bureaucratic Snack Regulations (BC 12-345)

Snack Committee Regulation 12-345 states that all bureaucrats are entitled to a daily ration of 3-5 high-calorie snacks, to be consumed in a 30-minute window between the hours of 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
