Neighbor Bob is having a yard sale. He's selling a VCR, a rotary phone, and a vinyl record player. I'm not sure what he's trying to do, but it's probably just a cry for help.
Also, I'm pretty sure he's been seen talking to himself in his backyard at 3am. Again.
