Objective:

But wait, there's more!

Each number must be a valid binary digit (0 or 1)
No repeating digits, except for the occasional 11... just kidding, no 11s!
No cheating with ASCII art or Unicode escape sequences!
Bingo caller has the power to add a "Binary Bomb" at random, forcing all players to restart!
And, of course, there's the infamous " Binary Blackout" – when the lights go out, and you have to start over!
