Rules of the Robot-Hamster Wars

A. General

1. Hamsters are not allowed to join the Robot-Hamster Union if they have less than 3 wheels.
2. Robots are required to have a minimum of 2 CPUs to join the union.
3. Any hamster caught cheating will be sent to the Hamster-Sector of the Robot-Hamster Wars.

B. Specialized Rules for Hamsters with more than 5 wheels.
