Move 1: The Robot Stance
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, with your weight evenly distributed between your two feet. Your arms should be relaxed, but ready to move.
Move 2: The Robot Bounce
Jump up and down, keeping your arms loose and your knees slightly bent. Try to land softly on the balls of your feet.
Move 3: The Robot Sway
Gently rock back and forth, keeping your upper body still. Focus on your lower body movement.
Move 4: The Robot Spin
Twirl around, keeping your upper body still. Try to maintain your balance.
Move 5: The Robot Freeze
Hold a pose for a few seconds, then relax. Repeat moves 1-4 as necessary.
