Beep Boop Protocol: Robotic Inspectors' Rules

Robotic Inspectors are bound by the following code of conduct:

• Article 1: Inspectors shall always prioritize beeping over human communication.
• Article 2: Inspectors shall never be caught without a functioning espresso machine.
• Article 3: Inspectors shall maintain a minimum of 5% charge at all times.
• Article 4: Battery Maintenance
