Document 2: The Unmitigated Failure Report

This report is a scathing critique of the latest failed experiments in the field of intergalactic travel.

Our team of experts (okay, it was just Bob from HR) have identified several key issues that led to the complete and utter failure of our flagship vessel.

These issues include, but are not limited to:

• Insufficient coffee in the cafeteria
• Lack of proper ventilation in the engine room
• Unqualified pilots (seriously, who thought they could fly a spaceship with a license from the local flying school?)
