Balthazar McFadden, the patron saint of excessive flatulence. Born in the rolling hills of 17th-century Ireland, McFadden was known for his remarkable ability to consume any meal and produce an ear-piercing, window-shaking, room-clearing stink bomb.
His saintliness was not without controversy. Many questioned his motives, accusing him of being a mere "gas bag" rather than a true devotee of the divine. Yet, his followers, known as the "McFaddites," remained steadfast in their devotion to the flatulent one.
Today, McFadden's feast day is celebrated with a grand parade of bean-filled balloons, all of which are released in unison, creating a cacophony of sound that echoes throughout the land.
