In 1121, Saint Evaristus, the Bishop of Rome, called for the first conclave. The meeting aimed to resolve a dispute over the Holy Spirit's preferred flavor of wine. After much deliberation, they concluded the Holy Spirit favored Chianti Classico. To this day, it remains the official wine of the conclave.
