Rule 2: No Flowers Allowed
By order of the Conclave, flowers are strictly prohibited in all areas of the cathedral. This includes, but is not limited to: roses, lilies, daisies, sunflowers, and all other flora that may be seen as a distraction from the grandeur of the proceedings.
It's not just about aesthetics; it's about maintaining a sterile, distraction-free environment. Any infraction will result in a stern warning, followed by a series of increasingly severe sanctions.
