Sub-rule 1: Hair must be at least 5 inches above the shoulders.
Sub-rule 2: Hair must be dyed in the colors of the rainbow, but only if the rainbow is on fire.
Sub-rule 3: Hair must be styled with at least 7 different types of hair products, including gel, mousse, and hairspray.
Sub-rule 4: Hair must be maintained by a team of highly trained hair specialists, who must be on site at all times.
