Summer '22 Road Trip Disaster Report
Day 1: Spontaneous Combustion
The trip started off on a high note. Or not.
We set off early, eager to hit the road, but our trusty vehicle promptly caught fire in the driveway.
Luckily, our neighbor, a retired mechanic, was able to douse the flames with a firehose.
Day 2: Lost and Confused
With the vehicle still in the shop, we set off on foot. Sounds simple enough.
But, we took a wrong turn somewhere in the desert and found ourselves in the middle of nowhere.
Day 3: The Great Marshmallow Mishap
We were able to flag down a passing truck and get back on track. Or so we thought.
But, in our excitement, we forgot to pack snacks. And water. And a map.
We ended up in a field of marshmallows. Yes, you read that right.
The marshals were having a rave. They invited us to stay.
The End (for now)
We're still trying to figure out how to get back home.
Maybe we'll just have to stay for a while...
Or maybe we'll just have to face the music and admit that we got lost in our own minds.
