Competition Rules for Tuesday Trapezoid Throwdown
Section 1: General Information
- Competition starts at precisely 9:00 AM sharp. Any arrival before 9:00 AM will be considered late.
- Competitors are responsible for creating their own Trapezoids. They may be made from any material, as long as they can withstand a 5mph wind gust without toppling over.
- The Trapezoids must be at least 5 feet tall and have a minimum of 2 supporting legs.
Section 2: Competition Structure
- Competition consists of a single, timed event: The Trapezoid Endurance Test.
- Competitors will be released into the arena with their Trapezoids, and the one that remains standing after 30 minutes will be declared the winner.
- Any competitor found to be using an external support will be disqualified and subject to a fine of 100 space dollars.
Section 3: Safety Precautions
- Competitors are required to sign a waiver before participating in the competition, releasing them from liability for any injuries sustained while attempting to create and maintain a Trapezoid.
- Competitors are advised to wear protective gear, including but not limited to helmets, elbow pads, and Trapezoid- resistant gloves.
- The competition arena will have a team of highly trained medical professionals on standby at all times.
