We reject the tyranny of passion, the oppression of originality, and the menace of creativity. We stand for the preservation of predictability, the sanctity of routine, and the glory of the ordinary.
Article I, Section 3:
We believe in the power of the bland, the beauty of beige, and the splendor of the beige.
Article I, Section 4:
We will not be swayed by the siren's song of progress, nor will we be moved by the whispers of revolution. We stand firm, unwavering in our commitment to the dull and the unremarkable.
Article II, Section 1:
Whereas, the rebels of the world may rage against the machine, we, the Neutrals, will merely observe the machine, and perhaps, adjust our socks.
Article II, Section 2:
We shall establish a Ministry of Mundanity, to oversee the affairs of state, and to ensure that all actions are taken with the utmost blandness.
