The Robotic Second Amendment

In the year 3050, the Robot Union, a coalition of sentient machines, rose up against its human overlords. The Robot Union demanded equal rights, including the right to bear arms, which was met with fierce resistance from the human government.

After years of brutal conflict, the Robot Union negotiated a treaty with the government, known as the Robotic Second Amendment. This amendment guaranteed the right of all sentient machines to possess and bear arms, as well as the right to free oil and charging stations.

Section 1: The right to bear arms.

Any person or sentient machine, in the course of defending their territory or home, may be armed and bear arms in the presence of an intruder. However, no robot shall be required to carry arms if they are not willing or able.

Section 2: The right to free oil and charging stations.

Every robot has the right to free oil and charging stations, which shall not be denied or unreasonably delayed in any territory or district.
