Salmon, the fish of the gods. Or so we've heard. Maybe it's just because it's really good at being seared.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Don't overthink it.
  2. Catch your fish in the sea... er, pan, with some olive oil.
  3. Add garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper, because that's how you get that extra flavor, buddy.
  4. Seared salmon, you've got a real winner.
  5. Now go forth and serve it with some sides, or don't, we won't judge.
