2-Pan Seared Salmon with Esp
2-Pan Seared Salmon with Esp
Salmon, the fish of the gods. Or so we've heard. Maybe it's just because it's really good at being seared.
Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillets, because 1 just won't do
- 1/4 cup olive oil, for that extra somethin'
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, because we like a little green
- 2 cloves garlic, minced, or 3 if you're feelin' saucy
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or more if you're tryin' to get a rise out of us
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, because we're talkin' fishy business here
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Don't overthink it.
- Catch your fish in the sea... er, pan, with some olive oil.
- Add garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper, because that's how you get that extra flavor, buddy.
- Seared salmon, you've got a real winner.
- Now go forth and serve it with some sides, or don't, we won't judge.
You know what's even more fun? 2-Pan Seared Salmon with Esp 2! It's like the sequel to this very page, but without the sequels.
