Section 3, Subsection 3-5: Parking Tips

Parking in the city: a delicate dance of fines, tickets, and existential despair.

			1. Always park in a spot that's exactly 2.5 meters from the curb. Any closer and you're risking a ticket, any farther and you're just wasting space.
			2. If the parking sign says "No Parking", it doesn't mean you can't park. It means you have to park somewhere else. Duh.
			3. Don't even think about parking near a school. Those spots are for teachers with PhDs and imported European cars.
			4. Never, ever park near a fire hydrant. Unless you want to be a hero.
