Welcome to Therapy Sessions for the Incredibly Insecure. I'm glad you asked for help. That takes, like, a lot of bravery. You're already doing great just by being here.

Session 1: "I'm a Failure, I'll Never Succeed"

Our first session will focus on identifying your deepest fears and insecurities. Don't worry, we'll work through them together. Or, you know, I'll just tell you to try harder, but with more confidence.

Session 2: "My Partner/Spouse/Friend/Parent is the Problem"

Let's work through the relationships that are holding you back. We'll figure out how to set boundaries or maybe just accept that you're stuck in a toxic cycle for the rest of your life.

Session 3: "I'm Just Tired of Trying"

It's okay to take a break. Let's talk about your exhaustion, burnout, and the joys of procrastination.

That's all the time we have for today. Don't worry if you didn't get the help you needed; just come back next week and we'll pretend it never happened.
