Tip 1: Make a To-Don't List

Write down all the things you're avoiding, and then make an even longer list of things you'll do instead. For example:

Plan out your day with fake appointments and deadlines. This will give you a sense of structure and accountability, even if you're just pretending to be doing stuff.
