Partner Exercise 2: "The Procrastination Tango"

Find yourself a partner. Yes, that's right. Not your cat. Not your phone. A real person.

  1. Stand facing each other, about a foot apart.
  2. Look into each other's eyes. Not just glance, stare.
  3. Now, take turns saying "I will do it!" whenever the other person starts to procrastinate.
  4. This is key: the person who says "I will do it!" first gets to do the task, but only if the other person starts to do it.
  5. Repeat steps 1-4 for 20 minutes.
