Step 4: Create a Do Not Scroll Down List

Listen, let's be real, you're probably still scrolling down to read this. That's fine. We won't judge you.

  1. Make a list of all the things you will focus on.
  2. Put the most important things at the top, because, you know, priorities.
  3. Don't bother with anything that doesn't fit into your top 5 things, because let's be real, it's not that important.
  4. When you inevitably get sidetracked by a squirrel, just write "squirrel" in your notes and move on.
  5. Repeat this process until you've completed all 5 things, or until your cat gets tired of sitting on your keyboard.
