Exercise 1: Declaring Independence from Email

For one minute, do not open your email inbox. Repeat the mantra: "I am a responsible adult. I can handle my emails when I'm ready."

Exercise 2: Creating the Perfect To-Do List

Write down three tasks that you will accomplish today. Then, cross out two of them. Repeat the following mantra: "The tasks are infinite, but my focus is finite."
