St. Louis-Style Pork Ribs with a Twist

Because you want to be that one weird aunt at the BBQ

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Arrange 2 pounds of pork ribs on the sheet. In a separate pan, mix 1 cup of your favorite sauce with 1/4 cup of brown sugar.

Brush the ribs with the mixture, then cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes. Remove from heat and toss with 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro.
