  1. Set a timer, or else you'll oversleep and wake up feeling like you've been put through a spin dryer.
  2. Find a comfy spot. This might take some effort, but trust us, it's worth it.
  3. Avoid napping in public. Unless you're on a bus, in which case, go for it.
