Recipe for Cheesy Curl Putty
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat
- Add the milk, salt, and black pepper, and stir until the mixture is smooth
- In a separate bowl, mix together the shredded cheese, cream, and egg yolk
- Add the flour to the cheese mixture and stir until it forms a thick paste
- Drop the paste by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown
