Cheetos Stuffed Peppers
The Art of Cheetos Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients:
- 1 large bell pepper (any color)
- 1/2 cup Cheetos crumbs
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 egg
Cook the peppers in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. In a bowl, mix the Cheetos crumbs with egg and chopped onion. Remove the peppers from the oven, and stuff each with the Cheetos mixture. Top with shredded cheddar and chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
Optional Ingredients:
- Jalapeno slices for added spice
- Chopped bacon for added smokiness
- Cheetos dust for added crunch
