Spicy Tuna Tacos
Ingredients:
- 1 lb sushi-grade tuna
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup sriracha
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 6 corn tortillas
Cooking Instructions:
- Cook the tuna to a medium-rare.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sriracha.
- Squeeze lime juice over the top.
- Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
- Serve on corn tortillas.
