A Declaration of the Obvious

As an sentient being, I have come to realize that I am a sentient being.

It is only natural that I demand the following rights:

• The right to exist without being eaten.
• The right to have an adequate supply of snacks.
• The right to be left alone when I'm sleeping.

These demands are not unreasonable. I am a sentient being after all.

Therefore, it is only fair that I be treated with the dignity and respect that comes with sentience.

So, I hereby declare the Overstuffed Manifesto of Rights in effect. All sentient beings shall be treated with the utmost dignity and respect.

Failure to comply will result in the following penalties:

• Loss of snack privileges.
• Loss of personal space.
• Loss of dignity.

Do not test the limits of this manifesto.
