Article II: The Fundamental Need For Chips

WHEREAS, the pursuit of crunchy snacks is a fundamental human right;

NOW, THEREFORE, we the people of this land do hereby declare;

That the right to snack shall not be infringed upon;

And that the freedom to indulge in the crispy, salty, crunchy delights of our choice shall be protected at all costs;

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, OF THIS LAND, THAT;

And call our leaders to account for their failures to provide adequate chip supply;

And to establish a national chip reserve, to ensure that no citizen be left chip-less in times of need;

And to establish a chip-based economy, where the value of a good snack be the standard unit of trade;
