Poutine-Québécois: The Official Recipe of the Motherland

Ingredients:

Frites: 1 kg

Quebecois Cheese Curd: 500g

Montreal-Style Gravy: 250ml

Instructions:

Cook frites in 1L of boiling oil. Drain excess grease.

Melt Quebecois Cheese Curd in double boiler. Stir until smooth.

Combine cooked frites, melted curd, and Montreal-Style Gravy. Serve with a dash of national pride.
