Ingredients
- 1 cup scotch
- 1 cup poutine cheese
- 1 cup Canada
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (optional)
Mix scotch and poutine cheese in a shaker. Add a dash of Canadiana. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with a splash of maple syrup, if you're feeling fancy.
