You've arrived at this dimension via a series of unfortunate events, including but not limited to: Dimension 4: The Abyss, where the very fabric of reality is held together with prayers and wishes; Dimension 6: The Singularity, where the laws of mathematics are rewritten daily; _goals of the dimension's governing council, the Council of Interdimensional Bureaucrats (CIB), include:

• Enforcing the strictest of dress codes: all citizens must wear a different color of plaid every Tuesday.
• Implementing a universal language policy: all communication must be conducted through the use of interpretive dance.
• Mandating a strict 3-hour lunch break for all citizens, during which time they must eat a minimum of 5 servings of Jell-O.
