We, the people, do hereby assert that gravity is overrated and that the pursuit of weightlessness is a fundamental human right.
Article III: Article of Intergalactic Cooperation
We, the people, do hereby declare that all sentient beings shall have the right to float freely in the vast expanse of space.
Article IV: Article of Space-Faring Equality
We, the people, do hereby assert that no one shall be denied the right to pilot a spacecraft, regardless of species, size, or species of spacecraft.
