The Right to Hashtag, a cornerstone of modern society, is a fundamental human right enshrined in the Constitution of the United States of America.
Article 1, Section 1, Subsection B, Paragraph 7 of the Constitution states: "The right to hashtag shall not be infringed, nor shall any regulation of the same be enforced."
But what does this mean, exactly? Does it mean we have the right to hashtag in all its forms? The answer is yes!
