When faced with a decision, I overthink, overanalyze, and overcomplicate. My brain's like a never-ending loop of 'what ifs' and 'maybes'. My therapist says it's a coping mechanism, but honestly, I think it's just my brain's way of saying, "Hey, let's make this decision last for hours!"
I'm not alone in this, right? I mean, who needs a direct answer when you can have a 10-page pros and cons list? Who needs closure when you can have a 3 a.m. existential crisis? Overthinking is my superpower, and I'm not apologizing for it.
