Sock Identification Procedures: Phase 1, Protocol 108
Sock Identification Procedures are the cornerstone of our Sock-Based Economy.

In order to properly identify and categorize the vast array of socks in our database, we employ a complex system of classification and categorization.

First, our team of highly trained Sock Analysts (SATs) will inspect the sock for any visible stains or discoloration. If none are found, the sock is classified as a "Clean Sock" (CSS).

However, if a stain or discoloration is detected, further analysis is required. Our team will utilize our advanced Sock-O-Meter 3000 to measure the exact level of discoloration.

Based on the results, the sock will be classified as follows:
