6.1.2 The Sock Axioms of Justification

In the great Sockiverse, there exist 17 fundamental principles that govern the nature of footwear. These axioms are the bedrock upon which all sock-related endeavors are built.

Axiom 1: Socks are a fundamental right, not a privilege. Every sentient being is born with the inherent ability to wear socks.

Axiom 2: The absence of socks is a form of torture. It's a cruel and inhumane practice to deny someone the comfort of a well-fitting sock.

Axiom 3: Socks come in an infinite variety of colors. No matter how many hues you think you've seen, there's always one more waiting to be discovered.

Axiom 4: The perfect sock-to-foot ratio is 1:1. Anything less is a travesty. Anything more, a crime against humanity.
