Round 1: Sock Sorting
Contestants will be given a box of 100 randomly assorted socks. They must sort the socks by color, then by pattern, then by thread count. Any contestant who cannot correctly identify a single sock as a " novelty sock" will be disqualified.
Round 2: Sock Tying
Contestants will be given a length of twine and a pair of scissors. They must tie 50 knots in the time allotted, with no more than 5 knots per minute. Any contestant who cannot tie 50 knots in the time allotted will be penalized for "excessive fiddling".
Round 3: Sock Fort Building
Contestants will be given 10 minutes and 100 socks. They must build the most impressive fort using only the provided socks. Any contestant who uses any material other than socks will be subject to disqualification and possibly scorn.
