We've reached the most critical phase of Sock Optimization Protocol (SOP) 9000.
In this stage, we must justify the number of socks to reach the perfect balance between "enough" and "too many."
According to our patented Sock-to-Sole Ratio Algorithm, the ideal ratio is 1.618033... (The Golden Ratio, duh!).
Using this ratio, we calculate the Optimal Sock Count (OSC) as follows:
1. Add 37 to the number of toes on your feet.
2. Divide the result by π.
3. Multiply by the number of times you've worn matching socks this week.
4. Add or subtract 1, depending on whether you're wearing your lucky charm socks today.
That's it! You've reached the OSC. Go forth and enjoy your sock-filled existence!
