It was a dark and stormy night when the Socky Council convened to address the issue of layer 5's existence. The room was abuzz with debate, as council members argued over the finer points of Socky philosophy.
"We must not condone layer 5's blatant disregard for the Socky Code!" exclaimed Councilor Sockworth.
"But, but, but," countered Councilor Sockington, "what of its utility in the realm of Socky Fashion? The layer 5 sock is a game-changer!"
As the argument raged on, the Socky Council reached a deadlock. It was then that Councilor Sockworth proposed the formation of a special task force to investigate layer 5's place in the Socky hierarchy.
Thus, the Socky Task Force for Layer 5 was born. Its mission: to explore, to investigate, and to report on the great layer 5 conundrum.
